About Adam

Born at Carson Tahoe Hospital and raised in Carson City, Adam has always felt deeply connected to the community that shaped him.

A proud graduate of Carson High School, Adam went on to attend the University of Nevada, where he continued building the foundation for a life rooted in service, leadership, and a dedication to helping others.

For more than 25 years, Adam has built a distinguished career in healthcare, driven by a commitment to improving systems, empowering teams, and strengthening the delivery of care for the communities he serves. His passion for leadership and organizational excellence led him to earn a Master of Business Administration, further elevating his ability to guide complex healthcare operations with clarity, compassion, and strategic vision.

Adam’s life is anchored by his family: his wife, Heather—who also works in healthcare—and their two children, Ella and Bentley. Together, they share a love for travel and time spent exploring new places. Their golden retriever, Honey, is never far behind and remains a beloved part of the family’s adventures.

Deeply grateful for the values instilled in him growing up in Carson City, Adam remains actively involved in the community. He attends St. Theresa’s Catholic Community and volunteers across several professional boards as well as youth sports organizations, giving back to the city that has given him so much.
